We purchase our crabs from a company called Southern Connection in Crisfield, Maryland, and have been for over 20 years. They harvest at night and ship to us by 4am. The second we get them, and we make sure they are jumping, then we clean them perfectly, and wrap and pack. Therefore our Fresh Maryland Soft Shell Crabs are as fresh as fresh can be!

All of our crab cakes cook best from frozen. Our Fresh Ready To Cook Crab Cakes come in packs of four, with our signature dressing and herbs ready to saute. These cakes stay together really nicely and tend not to fall apart, even if you only freeze them for 2 hours.
