Canadian Smelts are super high-quality smelts that are another one of our "FAS" frozen-at-sea products. We do not do this often but when something is really good and comes from far away we get behind the product. Smelts are also a fairly perishable product so we thought this would be a good way to handle the product as well. They come from Canada where the water is pristine.
Each Smelt is 2-3 inches long and comes head off and gutted. These are perfect for frying and putting into your favorite Frito Misto.
