The specialty category is just that - dumplings that pack a punch of flavor and creativity. Chef Adam lets his imagination run wild paring some of the biggest and boldest flavors here. Using the freshest ingredients and most innovative cooking these Gyozas came to life.
Shrimp Kimchi: Our delicious all-natural USA Texas Gulf White Shrimp is paired with a Korean staple for health and wellness. Kimchi has been around for thousands of years. It is the original Kombucha before it was a cool in thing! The main difference is that our Gyoza is delicious!
Smoked Salmon & Boursin: When two fantastic flavors collide you come up with a true taste sensation. The Umami from the smoked salmon and the cool flavors from the Boursin garlic cheese make this a perfect balance of yin and yang. We are using cold smoked Atlantic Nova salmon from our friends at Acme smoked fish. The smoked salmon is very mild and does not overpower the dumpling. We pair this with our housemade Yogurt dill sauce for dipping. I like to call this the perfect breakfast or brunch dumpling!
Thai Szechuan Shrimp Tom Bop: If you like Thai flavors this is your dumpling - coconut milk, lime juice, red chilies, mint leaves, cilantro, PEANUTS, crispy onions, cabbage, carrots, and of course garlic.
If you like your Szechuan dumplings hot and bursting with flavor, don't miss this one.
