Delivery Assurance:
i. Your order will be delivered within 48 hours of shipping. All orders are shipping priority overnight with the intention of it arriving within 24 hours with the exception of Hawaii which might arrive in 48 hours under normal circumstances.
ii. If your order arrives within 48 hours due to Fed Ex or UPS delay we will consider this normal operating procedure because we do not have control over air traffic, weather and delays.
iii. Our boxes are geared for 48 hours of travel and can withstand this type of delay. We strongly recommend that you order your goods one day of any major party of life event to guarantee success.
All claims of damage to your shipment must be called in within 3 hours of delivery.

- Wear Protective Gloves or Use a Towel: Never handle dry ice with bare hands to avoid frostbite or burns.
- Avoid Inhaling Fumes Directly: Dry ice sublimates into carbon dioxide gas, which can be harmful in enclosed spaces. Handle it in a well-ventilated area.
- Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Ensure that dry ice is stored safely away from anyone who might accidentally touch it.
Part C: Safe Disposal of Dry Ice
To dispose of dry ice properly, allow it to sublimate (turn into gas) in a safe, ventilated area. Here are a few important points:
- Place the dry ice in an open, well-ventilated area like a backyard or garage with open windows.
- Avoid disposing of dry ice in enclosed spaces such as trash bins or sinks, as the gas buildup can be dangerous.
- Never leave dry ice unattended where pets or children might access it.
