During the summer months, the fish are coming from Alaska when their season is in full swing. From October to April the fresh halibut fillets are primarily sourced from Maine through Eastern Canada, primarily Nova Scotia, and the icy cold waters.

Disclaimer: please do not freeze this product after arrival - it does not like to be frozen unless you plan to use it in soups or stuffings. Freezing crabmeat hurts the texture and you will be upset with us after you take it out of your freezer and we do not want that to happen
