2oz black winter truffle butter is just pure luxury, only 2 ingredients, USDA Organic Pastured Sweet butter ( Organic Valley, best in the market) and USDA 100% organic black winter truffle pieces. Our best dish is pan roasted Diver Scallops with a small amount of minced pancetta  and finished with a tablespoon of our butter. Another fave recipe is to toss roast fingerling potatoes, or a pan seared organic chicken breast with a teaspoon of our black truffle butter just melted on top.
