The Chesapeake Bay is some of the most fertile fishing grounds in the world. It stretches over 6 North Eastern states from Cooperstown, New York, to Norfolk, Virginia, and includes parts of Delaware, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the entire District of Columbia.
The two most famous fisheries are the Blue Crabs and Bluepoint oysters. The commercial fishing Industry is a billion-dollar industry in this region and it has been the lifeblood for many families for generations. We are very proud and happy to support this sustainable, local fishery and to be able to receive goods on a nightly basis from the hard-working men and women that work these most productive waterways.

we sell the oysters by the 1dz, 3dz or 5dz offer, freshly harvested in the shell.
They have a shelf life of 5-7 days if kept refrigerated with a damp cloth on top. If you need to keep them longer you should shuck them and freeze them.
