They rely on 124 solar panels to fully power their land-based operations, producing over 60,000 kilowatt hours of usable energy annually. This solar energy offsets the entire property’s electrical cost and even allows them to sell excess energy back to the local electric cooperative. By harnessing solar power, Full Measure minimizes their environmental impact, ensuring that their operations are as eco-friendly as possible.
Sustainable Practices

They are transitioning to an eco-friendly transport fleet, using clean idle eco-diesel trucks to deliver their products while minimizing their carbon footprint. What you get:
we sell the oysters by the 1dz, 3dz or 5dz offer, freshly harvested in the shell.
They have a shelf life of 5-7 days if kept refrigerated with a damp cloth on top. If you need to keep them longer you should shuck them and freeze them.
