It always starts with New York State-produced raw honey and then Chef John works his magic using locally grown peppers to craft this sticky sweet treat.
It has a sweet heat that stays on your palate for a nice, long finish. Be creative and use it on anything that you want to jazz up!
Commonly used on cheese platters, grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, eggs and omelets, BBQ, in marinades, Nashville Hot Honey Chicken (duh), chicken wings, and even Hamburger Helper.
Bottled in environmentally friendly recycled PET jars so you can squeeze it on anything you want.
