Ingredients:

3 lb.Β St Louis RibsΒ 
2 tbsp.Β brown sugar
2 tsp.Β kosher saltΒ 
1 tsp.Β garlic powder
1 tsp.Β onion powder
1 tsp.Β oregano
1/2 tsp.Β freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp.Β chili powder
1/2 tsp.Β mustard powder
1/4 tsp.Β cayenne pepper
4 tbsp.Β butter, cut into cubes
1 c. Barbecue Sauce
Preparations:
Step 1:Β Preheat oven to 300Β° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.Β 
ο»ΏStep 2:Β In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and seasonings. Rub mixture all over ribs until well coated.Β 
ο»ΏStep 3:Β Evenly distributeΒ butter cubes over ribs, wrap tightly in foil, and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake until very tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
ο»ΏStep 4:Β Switch oven toΒ broil, unwrap ribs, and brush all over with barbecue sauce. Place back on baking sheet and broil until sauce starts to caramelize, 5 minutes.
