Ingredients:
2 – 1 ¼ Cooked Maine Lobsters
1 Lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat
¼ Cup Panko
3 Tbl Butter
1 Clove minced garlic
1 shallot Minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tbl Chopped Parsley
Method:
- Split and clean the lobsters and reserve on the side
- Turn BBQ up to 400 degrees
Crab Stuffing
- Take minced garlic & shallot and sauté on the BBQ with the butter til soft
- Combine with Crabmeat and remove on stray shells
- Add in Parsley, panko and adjust seasoning
Stuff Lobsters
- Take the stuffing and place in the cavity of the lobsters
- You can top with paprika or old bay if you like
- Wrap the shell of the lobsters in foil leaving the crabmeat exposed
Cook on the Grill:
- Place on the grill for 8-10 minutes just to warm up since everything is already cooked.
- We don’t really want to overcook but just too warm through -
