grilled stuffed lobster

Feeds 2 


2 – 1 ¼ Cooked Maine Lobsters 

1 Lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat 

¼ Cup Panko 

3 Tbl Butter 

1 Clove minced garlic 

1 shallot Minced 

Salt & Pepper to taste 

1 Tbl Chopped Parsley 



  1. Split and clean the lobsters and reserve on the side 
  1. Turn BBQ up to 400 degrees 

Crab Stuffing 

  1. Take minced garlic & shallot and sauté on the BBQ with the butter til soft
  2. Combine with Crabmeat and remove on stray shells
  3. Add in Parsley, panko and adjust seasoning


Stuff Lobsters 

  1. Take the stuffing and place in the cavity of the lobsters
  2. You can top with paprika or old bay if you like
  3. Wrap the shell of the lobsters in foil leaving the crabmeat exposed

Cook on the Grill: 

  1. Place on the grill for 8-10 minutes just to warm up since everything is already cooked.
  2. We don’t really want to overcook but just too warm through -
