Ingredients:Β
2 β 1 ΒΌ Cooked Maine LobstersΒ
1 Lb Jumbo Lump Crab meatΒ
ΒΌ Cup PankoΒ
3 Tbl ButterΒ
1 Clove minced garlicΒ
1 shallot MincedΒ
Salt & Pepper to tasteΒ
1 Tbl Chopped ParsleyΒ

Method:Β
- Split and clean the lobsters and reserve on the sideΒ
- Turn BBQ up to 400 degreesΒ
Crab StuffingΒ
- Take minced garlic & shallot and sautΓ© on the BBQ with the butter til soft
- Combine with Crabmeat and remove on stray shells
- Add in Parsley, panko and adjust seasoning

Stuff LobstersΒ
- Take the stuffing and place in the cavity of the lobsters
- You can top with paprika or old bay if you like
- Wrap the shell of the lobsters in foil leaving the crabmeat exposed
Cook on the Grill:Β
- Place on the grill for 8-10 minutes just to warm up since everything is already cooked.
- We donβt really want to overcook but just too warm through -Β
