Ingredients:Â
2 – 1 ¼ Cooked Maine LobstersÂ
1 Lb Jumbo Lump Crab meatÂ
¼ Cup PankoÂ
3 Tbl ButterÂ
1 Clove minced garlicÂ
1 shallot MincedÂ
Salt & Pepper to tasteÂ
1 Tbl Chopped ParsleyÂ

Method:Â
- Split and clean the lobsters and reserve on the sideÂ
- Turn BBQ up to 400 degreesÂ
Crab StuffingÂ
- Take minced garlic & shallot and sauté on the BBQ with the butter til soft
- Combine with Crabmeat and remove on stray shells
- Add in Parsley, panko and adjust seasoning

Stuff LobstersÂ
- Take the stuffing and place in the cavity of the lobsters
- You can top with paprika or old bay if you like
- Wrap the shell of the lobsters in foil leaving the crabmeat exposed
Cook on the Grill:Â
- Place on the grill for 8-10 minutes just to warm up since everything is already cooked.
- We don’t really want to overcook but just too warm through -Â
