Ingredients:Β 

3 cups of vegetable oilΒ 

1/4 cup of all purpose flourΒ 

1/2 tablespoon of super finely minced garlic

1/2 tablespoons of dried parsley

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of dried oreganoΒ 

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

12 squid, cleaned and sliced into ringsΒ 

1 lemon - cut into wedges for garnishΒ

Preparations:

ο»Ώ1.Β Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F

ο»Ώ2.Β ο»ΏMix together flour, garlic, parsley, salt, oregano, and pepper in a medium bowl. Dredge squid in flour mixture.

ο»Ώ3.Β ο»ΏFry squid in hot oil until light brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overcook, or squid will be tough. Drain squid on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve with lemon wedges.
