Ingredients:Â
3 cups of vegetable oilÂ
1/4 cup of all purpose flourÂ
1/2 tablespoon of super finely minced garlic
1/2 tablespoons of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dried oreganoÂ
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 squid, cleaned and sliced into ringsÂ
1 lemon - cut into wedges for garnishÂ

Preparations:
1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F
2. Mix together flour, garlic, parsley, salt, oregano, and pepper in a medium bowl. Dredge squid in flour mixture.
3. Fry squid in hot oil until light brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Do not overcook, or squid will be tough. Drain squid on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve with lemon wedges.
