Flakey Tilapia with Garlic and Lemon

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- Salt and Ground Pepper
- Ground Paprika ½ teaspoon
- Oregano – 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice and ¼ teaspoon Lemon Zest
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano; In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon
- Place on skillet or grill pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until fish flakes and it fork tender.
