Flakey Tilapia with Garlic and Lemon

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 20 minutes



  • 4 Tilapia Fillets 
  • Salt and Ground Pepper
  • Ground Paprika  ½ teaspoon
  • Oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced  
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice and ¼ teaspoon Lemon Zest


  1. Season tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano; In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon
  2. Place on skillet or grill pan and cook for about  3-4 minutes per side or until fish flakes and it fork tender.

Serve and enjoy!
