dry aged surf & turf burgers


- 4 Pat LaFrieda Dry Aged Burgers

-  1/2 Lb Lobster Tail Meat

- Brioche Buns

- Sliced Pickles

- Smoked Ketchup

- Boston Bib Lettuce



1. Preheat your grill 

2. Place one of the dry aged burger patties down on your working surface. Add lobster tail meat to the middle of the patty about an inch away from the edge on all sides. Place a second beef patty on top and press edges together to create a stuffed burger. 

3. Once your grill has been preheated, cook your burger to the desired doneness. Remove from grill and set aside to rest 

4. Assemble your burger: Spread smoked ketchup on your brioche buns, with lettuce and pickles, add your burger and then top bun - and enjoy!
