This super easy and super delicious recipe is perfect for a summer cookout!
Ingredients:
2 - heads of romaine
2 TBL of Grated parmesan cheese
2-3 TBL of olive oil
Fresh cracked Pepper
2-3 fillets of Fruits De Mer anchovy
Preparations:
- slice the Romaine the long way - leave the core in
- Drizzle with olive oil and place on medium hot grill for 2 minutes on each side
- When the leaves just start to wilt remove from the grill top with parmesan cheese, anchovies and fresh cracked pepper
