Hi, Fish Fans,

Wow - it has been a real pressure cooker here in the Northeast! Temps are climbing into record-breaking numbers and I am happy to say our shipping boxes are doing a mighty fine job arriving safe and sound. Don't get me wrong our friends at UPS have stressed our R&D to the max but I am happy to report that 99.5% of the boxes are arriving extremely cold with our fish fans bearing smiles so we are extremely pleased to report this!!!

As promised I uploaded a bunch of new items to the site last Thursday and they are live and ready to go for your shopping pleasure this week. I am going to expand our Butcher Shop offerings over the next few months - why not? We are working with one of the best butchers in the United States so why not gather some of the most exquisite items you simply can't find in your local grocery store - these are high-end white table cloth restaurant cuts that come from artisinal producers in the most humane ways. The next item is a Lamb Porterhouse Chop - Very Unique!
Bone-In Loin chops are the equivalent of beef porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks. They are very tender and flavorful. This Is a favorite lamb chop at a lot of high-end New York steakhouses.
