LOBSTER STEW:
Slow-Simmered North Atlantic Lobster in A Roux-Thickened Lobster Stock with Spanish Sherry, Light Cream, and A Pinch of White Pepper. Our stew is made from the base of our Bisque which is a smooth, creamy, highly seasoned soup of French origin, classically based on what Chef Adam learned during his time spent at the Culinary Institute of America. We then add beautiful chunks of Maine Lobster and super finely diced Mirepiox veggies as a garnish.
NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER:
Our New England Clam Chowder will bring back memories of your last trip to the fog-bound shores of Kittery Maine. A Nice warm bowl and your favorite Robert Frost novel will make you feel good all over....from Ny to Cali people sing the praises of this rich and decadent New England classic. If you are lucky enough to hail from San Francisco and have those luscious sourdough bread bowls nearby, don't walk....run and pair the two together for a night to remember - east coast meets west!!!MANHATTAN CLAM CHOWDER:
A perfect mixture of plump Clams, tender veggies, and chopped scallion in a tomato-based fish sauce. This Manhattan clam chowder is packed with vine-ripened tomatoes, hearty potatoes, and tender sea clams, lightly seasoned for a savory and satisfying meal.
This soup is Dairy free and Gluten free, so it is perfect for anyone to enjoy.
