Quick Cook Guide — Lobster, King Crab & Clam Boil
In the box: 1 × 1.25-lb Maine lobster • 1 lb king crab legs • 1 doz RI little neck clams • 1 lb Italian sausage • 8 oz scampi sauce • Pescatore Spice Mix • boil net
Optional add-ins: 1 lb baby potatoes (halved), 2 ears of corn (thirds), lemon, parsley
You’ll need
Large pot (12–16 qt), tongs, small pan for sauce
Cook (≈20 min total)

Prep water: Fill the pot ⅔ full. Add 2–3 Tbsp kosher salt + 2–3 Tbsp Pescatore Spice. Boil hard.

Potatoes + sausage (optional): Boil 6–8 min.

Lobster: Add headfirst, cover; boil 8–9 min (for 1.25 lb).

Corn (optional): Add 4–5 min before lobster is done.

King crab: Add 3–4 min to heat through (pre-cooked).

Clams (in net): Add 3–5 min until they open; remove bag.

Warm scampi sauce; whisk in 1–2 Tbsp butter + a squeeze of lemon.

Drain seafood; drizzle sauce; sprinkle Pescatore Spice and herbs. Serve with lemon.
