👉 Arrival: Your cheesecakes may arrive thawed, that is fine. Upon arrival, place your cheesecakes in the freezer. They'll stay fresh in the freezer for up to 9 months.
👉 Serve thawed: Plate from frozen. Then, sit them out at room temperature for 15 minutes to achieve a classic consistency.
