Once you’ve finally decided which of our mouthwatering options you want to buy (we know it can be difficult!), it’s really easy to place your order on our website. But, before you check out, make sure you take advantage of our add-ons like perfectly paired seasonings and sauces. Then, in the memo line, let us know if you’d like us to do a custom cut. We’re more than happy to prepare a butterfly of branzino or rainbow trout steak.

Your order will arrive cold (but never frozen) in an environmentally friendly container, with your fish nestled carefully between specially designed gel packs and dry ice. If you order before 1 PM EST between Monday and Thursday, make sure you listen out for the doorbell the next business day. Working with FedEx and UPS, we can get your container out to you the day after you make your payment. Shipping is completely free, too, on all orders of $175 or more, no matter where you live in the United States.
