Kaluga Hybrid, also known as River Beluga Caviar, is a hybrid between Acipenser Schrenckii (lat.) and Huso Dauricus (lat.).
Our Sasanian Kaluga Hybrid Caviar is known for its firm large pearls, ranging in color from amber to deep golden, and smooth nutty buttery finish. If you never had the real Beluga this is the closet thing to the real deal.
