LOW-CARB LOBSTER ROLL WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:
- Β½ poundΒ steamed lobster meat, coarsely chopped.
- 3 tablespoonsΒ of Greek yogurt.
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested.
- A pinchΒ of sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Butter lettuce leaves,Β whole.
- ΒΌ cup light mayonnaise.
- β cup celery, diced.
- 1 tablespoonΒ fresh chives, chopped.
- ΒΌ teaspoonΒ paprika.
- A splashΒ of hot sauce (optional).
DIRECTIONS:
Put lobster meat in a medium bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and stir gently until combined.Β Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto the lettuce.
