Kobe Style Wagyu PHILLY Cheesesteak:Β What makes this memorable, or any Cheesesteak is definitely the onions - we make a caramel jam with the onions and fold them into our beef. So we have two amazing flavors. Then we simply add some great cracked pepper and a touch of kosher salt and we make the Gyoza's - This is the perfect tailgating quick appy....you can cook ahead of time and reheat on a grill on non-stick foil - voila!
