The perfect balance of flavors comes alive in the pocket of joy. Chef Adam is moving into more traditional flavors and is diving into his passion for Asian cuisine. This Gyoza has a great balance of sweet and savory from the leek that is sauteed to give the Gyoza balance and stability, and the Shiitake that imparts an Umami that is second to none.
The team has dubbed this dumpling his best creation to date! What makes this a super fun night are the sauces he created to go so well with this dish. The Sauce trifecta as he likes to call them.
Our new dumpling sauce is very traditionally made with very special black vinegar that is aged from 8 to 20 years. It is super mellow and delicious.
The second sauce is our Scallion Ginger Sauce - this has a great balance of two great Asian flavors that elevate all of our dumplings and it is also great when making a fast pasta or marinade for your favorite fish.
Lastly, all the rage lately has been Chili Crisp - and we think our version with the crispy shallots makes for an amazing taste sensation.
