Rhode Island’s sustainable aquaculture movement began about twenty years ago with the birth of today’s modern oyster farms. Oysters grow quickly at farms located on the bay, and at farms located on coastal ponds, which now contain a higher salinity due to opened breach ways. We go to great care when we source our shellfish - you will taste the difference. Our fresh Blue Point Oysters are a great source of calories, sodium, and protein.

We sell the oysters by the 1dz, 3dz or 5dz offer, freshly harvested in the shell.
They have a shelf life of 5-7 days if kept refrigerated with a damp cloth on top. If you need to keep them longer, you should shuck them and freeze them.
