Sasanian Royal is the closest to what we used to know as Caspian Caviar with respect to flavor, size and color attributes. Its large glossy amber colored pearls are firm, yet when one indulges, they pop with a complex nutty flavor that lingers, leaving you craving for more. Processed in the best Caspian traditions, Sasanian Royal has a salt content level of 3%, which makes it a true “Malossol”. The word “Malossol” originates from Russian language and means “little salt”.
