We ship next day FedEx Monday thru Thursday in very special eco-friendly insulated containers with specially designed gel packs to ensure your food stays fresh…we sincerely hope you enjoy the experience and tell all of your friends and neighbors. Overnight Deliveries:
Cut off time for the next business day delivery is Noon EST. Any order placed after Noon - Monday thru Wednesday will be shipped out the next business day unless a future delivery date was selected in the note section. Because we do not ship for Saturday delivery, Friday is not counted as a business day.
2nd Day Air:
Any order placed after Noon on Wednesday thru 11:00 pm on Sunday will be shipped out on Monday for delivery unless a future delivery date was selected.
It is pretty easy to order, and we aim to please, in the off chance that there is a shipping blunder we will do everything in our power to make it right with all the technology afforded to us. So please let’s work thru all issues together so we can figure it out. We do require that once you are notified that your box has arrived on your doorstep, that it is brought inside within 30 minutes – this is a vital step. Our products need TLC and your neighbors will get very jealous when they see our box sitting on your doorstep. (we really don’t want it to disappear) If the box is dropped, not signed and not brought in All Fresh Seafood will not be held responsible – Sorry.
All claims must be called in within 3 hours of delivery, we want to make sure you receive your goodies and make sure they get put away very fast so you can enjoy them at their peak of perfection, we are in this together!
