Lemon, Butter, Salt & Pepper
This is such an awesome protein the least amount you do to this the better it will be.
Split the tail and place a tiny amount of lemon, butter, salt, and pepper.
Wrap in foil and you can BBQ or Bake at 350 for 10/12 minutes
Open foil and place on grill or under the broiler for 2/4 more minutes until internal temp of 165 is reached
Baste with butter and lemon
