Makes 10Â pieces
Ingredients:
- 5 peppersÂ
- 1 Super Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
- Gluten free Panko breadcrumbsÂ
Preparations:
- slice the peppers the long way
- remove all the seeds
- stuff the inside with crabmeat filling and coat with panko
- cook low and slow at 275 so the pepper gets soft, it is great on a smoker
- can finish with cheese as an optional twist.
